Today, there seems to be a large number of people who profess to be Christians but whose lifestyle and life choices do not align with what God says a Christian should say and do. They profess, but don’t possess, the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Too many people are caught up in an “easy” religion and lose sight of the truth of a sincere salvation. Salvation is costly. It cost Jesus His life. Jesus laid down His life for us and salvation requires we lay down our fleshly desires and wants for Him. We are no longer servants of sin or lovers of this world.
