Everyone has expectations and most everyone is free to tell others about their expectations. In some instances, this is very helpful, such as when ordering something, hiring someone to do a job or working together on a team. Other times it can be quite harmful, like when you push your expectations of what someone should be on them, and it doesn’t fit with what they want to be or who God wants them to be.
